Contraversial lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has left Kenyans reacting after he shared a picture of a father taking his son to school. The father and his son were using a bodaboda but what shocked Miguna was to see the father holding the mattress on his head instead of tying it at the back of the bodaboda.

According to Miguna, the mattress would have been more safe tied at the back of the metal box instead of him carrying it on his head.

"The mattress should have been TIED to the mabati suitcase. Not carried on the head. That would have cost nothing but ensured safety for all 3 travellers. That father’s hands will get tired. The mattress will tumble down and cause a tragic accident!" Said Dr Miguna Miguna.

Miguna went ahead to say that this kind of show is reckless and puts the three guys on danger of a tragic accident if something happens.

"The foam mattress has no weight. Tying it to the back of the mabati suitcase only requires a sisal string. That simple act would save lives. Kenyans must avoid these tragic mistakes! Economic hardship isn’t a justification for recklessness! We all must learn to be safe!" Added Miguna.
