I Will Bring this Insane War to an End, Museveni' Son Muhoozi Reveals his Plan to Mediate for Russia

President Museveni's son general Muhoozi Kainerugaba is calling for an end to the war in Ukraine amid international efforts for a ceasefire.

For over a year now, the Russian forces have been fighting in the Ukrainian territories in what the Kremlin termed as a special operation to end the hostility of the native Russians in Ukraine. This war has seen several people and soldiers dead with military hardware worth thousand of millions destroyed.

There has been calls from international community for a ceasefire but the fight has been ongoing on with the western countries supplying Ukraine with ammunition and hardware.

Even as the call for peace continues to be rallied by several states across the world, president Yowerri Museveni's son general Muhoozi has ignited a serious debate online after he revealed his plan to mediate for peace between the two countries in conflict ( Ukraine and Russia).

Muhoozi in a tweet on Sunday night February 26, 2023, revealed his plan to visit Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin so that peace can prevail and a ceasefire.

"I will soon begin my great tour to the countries to the north. I will start by visiting our Russian hero, Vladimir Putin. I will also visit His Excellency Zelensky, President of Ukraine. It's time to bring this insane war to an end!" Muhoozi tweeted.

Muhoozi is not new to contraversies and it can be recalled that some time back he jokingly said that it will take him and his troops two weeks to capture Nairobi.
