Eating Humble Pie? Ruto Allegedly Looking for Uhuru's Experienced Man to Help Him Run his Government
When William Ruto took over State House, he quickly went ahead to kick out Uhuru's men as he installed his men who stood by him during the campaigns by giving them lucrative position in his government. Six months down the line, Ruto seems far away from hitting the road running as things seems not to be working out well for him.
Despite the numerous rejections and opposition he's facing form the Azimio camp, most of his promises are slowly fading away from the minds of kenyans as things continue to become hard despite the sweet promises that were made during campaigns that Kenyans will be happy within his first 100 days in office.
As a way to try to save a sinking ship, president William Ruto has now recalled Uhuru's former strongman Dr Joseph Kinyua to help him sort out the 'mess' within his government. Dr Kinyua who served as the head of Public Service has been recalled back to State House in a move to save things out.
According to a publication by a local publisher, things have been going south , triggering anger from the top boss who made a call to Dr Kinyua asking him back.
This has left many Kenyans reacting with some wondering why he was so quick to kick them out before he would constitute fully his administration. Below are some reactions:
"Ruto and Gachagua were very quick to chase Uhuru's men out of the State House until they hit a dead end. Now they have recalled Dr Joseph Kinyua to assist them. Running Government is not easy Buana." Gideon Kitheka.
"The Government is recalling Former Senior State Officers who worked with Uhuru to help the sinking Boat, Matiang'i refused, he's now an enemy of State. Former Head of Public Service Mzee Joseph Kinyua has been recalled from retirement to help Sirkal." Abdulahi Adan.
